Cookies and browser storage
These static pages do not set cookies through their own JavaScript. You can optionally save an essential-only preference in this browser.
What the page code uses
A cookie is a small value that a browser can send with matching web requests. LocalStorage is a different browser mechanism: it retains values for a site and is not automatically attached to requests.
The supplied site code contains no advertising or analytics scripts and no optional tracking categories to enable. Reading the guides, using the menu and preparing a contact draft do not require a saved preference.
| Name | Type and purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| norvellopocketv.preference | LocalStorage; optional value “essential” records your preference on this browser | Until removed here or cleared in browser settings; no automatic expiry |
Your local preference
This control only saves or removes the value described above. It does not activate analytics, change another website or control a separately provided consent manager.
How to remove the saved value
Uncheck the preference and select “Save preference” to remove this page’s stored value. Alternatively, open your browser’s privacy or site-data settings and clear storage for norvellopocketv.autos. Clearing site data may also remove values set by other site features or deployment services.
Private browsing, storage restrictions or automated browser cleanup may prevent a preference from persisting. The guides remain readable when localStorage is unavailable.
Infrastructure and separately added features
Hosting, security infrastructure or a separately deployed consent manager can have behavior not defined by these static files. This page’s preference control does not override those services. Any additional storage or optional processing needs to be described by the relevant deployed feature and its controls.
External reference links lead to other sites with their own cookie and storage practices. They are not loaded as embedded content by these pages.
Contact drafts are separate
The contact composer does not save drafts in localStorage. Copying uses your clipboard; downloading creates a file under your device’s control. Those actions are not cookies. See Information handling for more detail or contact [email protected] with a question.
